Shipping & Delivery
At Turbo Fan Electrics, we strive to deliver your product as quickly as possible. Once we receive your order, we will process and ship it within 24-72 hours. Orders initiated from our warehouse will be shipped via USPS or Fed Ex. Tracking numbers are available upon request. Free shipping rates only apply only to shipments within the continental United States. International shipping rates apply. Some products may have to be shipped directly from our manufacturer. These orders may take up to 2 to 3 weeks for receipt. Tracking numbers from the manufacturer are available upon request once received by Turbo Fan Electrics.

Return Policy
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of receipt for a full refund minus return shipping costs. Turbo Fan Electrics reserves the right to inspect damaged or defective merchandise and decline refunds if it is determined that damage is a result of misuse, mishandling or improper installation of product. Returned products must be in unused condition in the original packaging. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. Turbo Fan Electrics will replace any faulty electronics within 30 days of receipt. However, we reserve the right to inspect electronics for possible damaged caused by misuse, mishandling or improper installation. Turbo Fan Electrics is not responsible for damage caused to other parts, devices or electronics due to equipment failure.
